1. What will you do to prepare my apartment before I move in?

Full unit turn, including painting, janitorial cleaning and carpet shampoo or replacement if needed.

2. Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?

No, you have to honor permission to enter for our maintenance department.

3. Do you have on-site maintenance?

Yes

4. An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?

Contact the Leasing Office or submit a service request via the Resident Portal.

5. What happens if I am locked out?

Onesite Management will unlock the door during business hours. If after business hours, locksmith is needed at resident expense.

Yes, assigned parking.

2. What amenities does the property offer?

Fitness Center, Pool, BBQ Grills, Onesite Management, Firepits, Rooftop, Dog Park.

3. Is your community pet friendly?

Yes

4. What appliances are standard?

Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave, Gas Stove, Washer/Dryer.

5. Do you offer furnished apartments?

We can assist with referring to Fashion Furniture or Cort.

6. During which time periods are the pools and decks available for use?

Fitness Center 24/7, Pool 5am-10pm, Rooftop 6am-12am.

1. How long does it take for an application to be approved?

Approval within 24 hours.

2. What are my options for paying my rent?

Resident Portal or drop off to the Leasing Office.

3. Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

Yes

4. Which provider can I use for internet and cable?

AT&T or Bel Air

5. If my situation changes can I get out of my lease?

Yes, the lease termination option is available with 60 day notice and a requirement of paying rent until apartment is re-rented.

6. How do I set up my utilities?

You contact providers. We provide contact information upon move in.

7. Which utilities are included in my rent?

None. Residents pay ALL utilities.

1. Is there public transportation within close proximity of the buildings?

Yes. There is a bus stop right outside our community.

2. Which school district are you in?
